Painted right — and documented.

A finished paint job is more than the topcoat. The prep is what makes it last.

Every Cannida painting project includes surface preparation, primer where the substrate calls for it, two coats of paint to spec, masking and protection of adjacent surfaces, and a written walkthrough at completion — so what we promised matches what you can see.

Surface prep

Wash, scrape, sand, patch, caulk

Primer where needed

Stain-block, bond, or alkali primers as substrate requires

Two coats to spec

Manufacturer spread rate, not stretched

Protect & clean

Adjacent surfaces masked, daily cleanup

Quality paint, no substitutions

Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or PPG product lines. Paint grade is selected for the substrate and use — written into the quote, not changed without approval.

Insured crews · workmanship warranty

Every Cannida painting crew is bonded and insured. Workmanship is warrantied — if it fails, we come back and fix it. Documented in the contract.

EPA-certified for pre-1978 properties

Painting work on pre-1978 properties is performed by EPA Lead-Safe Certified renovators — required by federal law for any disturbance of painted surfaces.

The crew showed up when they said they would, brought the right paint, and the walkthrough was the same scope we signed off on. That was the whole job.

What to expect.

Is the $50 booking fee refundable?
Yes. If you decide not to move forward after the on-site estimate, the fee is refunded in full. If you do move forward, it’s credited against the project total.
Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or PPG by default, with grade selected for the substrate and use case (interior vs. exterior, low-VOC for occupied spaces, etc.). The exact product is written into your quote so there’s no substitution mid-project.
A single interior room or zone is usually one to two days including prep and dry time. Whole-house interiors are typically 4–8 days. Exterior repaints depend heavily on weather and square footage but average 5–10 working days. Your written quote includes a project schedule.
Yes — and any disturbance of painted surfaces on pre-1978 properties is performed by EPA Lead-Safe Certified renovators, as federal law requires. If lead-paint testing or abatement is needed before painting, we coordinate that through our lead remediation service.
Adhesion, coverage, and finish defects attributable to our workmanship are covered for the duration written into your contract. Manufacturer paint defects fall under the paint manufacturer’s warranty, which we’ll help you claim if needed.
Yes. For property management companies running ongoing turn-ready work or multi-property contracts, we set up per-unit pricing schedules. Select “Property Management” in the qualifier and we’ll route the inquiry to contract intake.
